Tuition & Fees
- REGISTRATION FEE: A non-refundable fee of$150.00 due upon registration.
- MONTHLY TUITION: For convenience, the annual tuition is divided into 9 equal, monthly payments. The tuition INCLUDES the activity fee.
- 2 day classes $285/month
- 3 day classes $365/month
- 5 day classes $500/month
- TUITION DEPOSIT: A tuition deposit, equal to one month’s tuition, is due upon registration and applied to May 2022. This deposit is non-refundable, except for military families who provide proof of out-of-town orders.
- ACTIVITY FEE: We no longer charge an activity fee! This year, we have simplified fees by including the fee in our tuition.
DISCOUNTS: Families may only apply one discount per year, if applicable.

- Church Member Discount = 10%
- Sibling Discount = 10% discount off the lowest tuition
Forms
- VA SCHOOL ENTRANCE HEALTH FORM: Every student must have the School Entrance Health Form in their file before starting school. It must be completed by the doctor’s office.
- CHILD ID FORM: Prior to starting school, parents must present a birth certificate or passport for each child as proof of child’s identity.
- IF CHILD HAS ALLERGIES requiring an EpiPen or Benadryl be kept at school, please have the following forms filled out by your doctor and submitted with the necessary medication:
- Medication Consent Form: Must be filled out for each medication.
- Medication Authorization Form: Must be filled out for each medication.
