DUCK CLASS

2.75 & 3 Year Olds ❖ 2 day (Tu/Th) ❖ $285/month

Our Duck Class is designed for 3 year olds and children who will turn 3 by the end of the calendar year.  For the Ducks, play is their work.  They are learning to socialize and transition from parallel play to cooperative play.  They are developing language, articulation, and communication skills.  They spend time experimenting, problem solving, and learning to express their ideas and needs.

FROG & LADYBUG CLASSES

3 Year Olds ❖ 3 day (M/W/F) ❖ $365/month

Our Frog and Ladybug Classes are designed for 3 year olds, children who are age 3 by September 30, 2021.  They continue to play and hone their socialization skills.  They are engaging in hands on, experiential learning, interacting with materials and exploring the world around them.  They are expressing their wants and needs, initiating and participating in cooperative play and learning, and learning to negotiate.  They practice fine and gross motor skills and are being introduced to pre-reading and pre-writing skills.

MOOSE & BEAR CLASSES

4 Year Olds ❖ 5 day (M-F) ❖ $500/month

Our Moose and Bear Classes are designed for 4 year olds, meaning children who are age 4 by September 30, 2021.  They continue to learn though play.  Their learning is filled with excitement, curiosity, and the beginnings of collaboration.  The children are “sponges”, eager to soak everything up.  They are mastering fine and gross motor skills, learning letters and words, counting and recognizing numbers, patterning, and listening to more complex stories.  They are taking field trips, riding school busses, and exploring.

OWL CLASS

5 Year Olds ❖ 5 day (M-F) ❖ $500/month

Our Owl Class is designed for children who turn 5 by then end of the calendar year.  Many just miss Fairfax County Public Schools’ cutoff for starting kindergarten.  Others are being given the gift of another year of preschool.  The Owl Class is our “Transition” class, a special bridge between preschool and kindergarten.  While still learning through play, the Owls spend time problem solving, collaborating, and working in small groups.  Our teachers provide a strong introduction to language arts, science, mathematics, and social studies.  Children are encouraged to take educational risks and experiment.

All classes meet from 9:00a – 12:15p
